Refunds:

We are committed to giving you complete satisfaction. All our products come with a 30 Day No Quibble Guarantee. Just send any UNOPENED item back to us within 30 days of ORDERING and will gladly refund your money. We do not require a return authorisation. We DO NOT charge any restocking fees. We recommend you use an insured carrier such as ROYAL MAIL RECORDED DELIVERY. We cannot refund shipping charges. We cannot accept returns past 30 days from the date of order. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.

Can I cancel my order?

A. Once you have placed an order, the delivery process automatically commences and products are normally shipped within 24 hours. We regret therefore it is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped, however, our 30 day Money Back Guarantee will apply.

Refunds will be made by the same method used for the purchase. Cheque refunds will be issued 15 days of receipt of returned items. Paypal refunds will be issued within 5 days of receipt of returned items. If you would prefer to exchange an item, rather than be refunded for it, please let us know, sales@sweetestsaffron.co.uk.

If you intend to return any part of your order, please e-mail us at sales@sweetestsaffron.co.uk or Call us before returning your product.  Any free or bonus products must also be returned UNOPENED.

Please include a brief letter explaining why you are returning the item(s). Please also include your CUSTOMER NO., NAME and ADDRESS with your return. Your CUSTOMER NO. can be found at the top of the packing slip you receive with your order.

If damaged in transit: Save the merchandise and the package it arrived in and notify us immediately on 0844 3573551 (office hours). 

Please note: All exchanges or returns must be shipped to the address above within 30 days of ordering together with a letter detailing why you are returning the product. Shipping and handling charges are NOT refundable.

No refunds or exchanges will be given without returning merchandise.

7. You need to register once only
8. Confirm shipping details and enter your details
9. Wait for your confirmation Email

No item is out of stock for more than 30 days, unless the item is discontinued or has ceased production.

You can order any number of items from sweetestsaffron.co.uk, often the price decreases when more than one unit is purchased.

Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail or Special Delivery. A signature may be required. We will send you an email telling you when to expect delivery.
